Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the Aspire website and purchases made through its secure hosted checkout.
Acceptance and identity
By using this website, you agree to these terms and applicable policies. The store is Aspire Sports & Fitness Supplements, an Australian-owned business operated by Golden Personal Training.
Eligibility and permitted use
Users must have legal capacity to enter a purchase or act with appropriate consent. The website may be used for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.
Prohibited conduct
- Interfering with security, availability or other users
- Using automated extraction in a way that burdens the service
- Submitting false, fraudulent or unlawful information
- Infringing intellectual property or attempting unauthorised access
Product descriptions and accuracy
Product records, formulations, directions and packaging may be updated. We aim for accuracy, but website colours can vary by display and packaging may differ from imagery without changing the essential product. Customers should always review the current product information and physical label before use.
Pricing, currency and availability
Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Stock and prices may change. We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors before accepting an order and will contact the customer where a material correction affects a submitted order.
Order submission and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch, subject to payment verification, stock and lawful supply.
Payment and verification
Payment is handled by external hosted-checkout and payment providers. Aspire does not collect or store full card details in the storefront. Orders may be paused or cancelled where reasonable fraud, identity or payment verification cannot be completed.
Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation promptly. We may cancel before acceptance for unavailable stock, genuine errors, suspected fraud or inability to deliver. After dispatch, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
Shipping, risk and title
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Risk passes as provided by applicable law and the delivery arrangement; title passes after cleared payment. Nothing in this clause excludes consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Returns follow the Returns and Refunds Policy. Australian Consumer Law rights, including remedies for major and non-major failures where applicable, remain unaffected.
Promotions and discounts
Promotion eligibility, dates, exclusions and redemption conditions will be stated with the offer. Unless stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and remain subject to stock and law.
Intellectual property and user content
Website text, graphics, branding and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted beyond ordinary website use. If reviews or user content are introduced later, separate submission terms may apply.
Third-party links and availability
Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, faults or events outside reasonable control may affect access.
Health and supplement information
Website information is general and is not medical advice. Supplements are not substitutes for professional medical advice or a varied diet. Review ingredients, allergens, warnings and directions before use.
People with medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use or uncertainty should consult an appropriate healthcare professional. Competitive athletes remain responsible for checking product suitability under their governing rules. Aspire does not claim unsupported banned-substance certification.
Liability and non-excludable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for matters that may be limited is limited to the appropriate lawful remedy.
Events beyond control, severability and changes
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, subject to non-excludable rights. If a term is invalid, the remaining terms continue. We may update these terms prospectively; the current date is shown above.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian jurisdiction from which Golden Personal Training operates, and applicable Commonwealth law. Questions may be sent to support@aspiresportsupplements.com.au.
