Returns and Refunds Policy
We aim to handle returns fairly while protecting the integrity and safety of ingestible products. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
Overview
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an ordinary change-of-mind return. This return period is additional to, and does not replace, statutory consumer guarantees.
Change-of-mind eligibility
Approval is required before a product is posted back.
- Unopened and unused
- Factory sealed with seals intact
- In original packaging
- Resaleable and properly stored
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened ingestible products
Opened supplements ordinarily cannot be returned for change of mind because health, hygiene and product-integrity controls prevent resale. This restriction does not exclude remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee.
Other non-returnable change-of-mind items
- Used products or products with missing seals
- Gift cards, if introduced later
- Clearance or final-sale items where legally permitted
- Products damaged after delivery by misuse or improper storage
Faulty or defective goods
If a product may be faulty, unsafe or non-compliant, stop using it and contact us with the order number, description and supporting photographs where useful. Available remedies depend on the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law. Aspire does not exclude or unilaterally limit statutory rights.
Incorrect or transit-damaged items
For an incorrect item, damaged parcel or leaking product, contact us promptly. Include the order number, photographs of the product and outer packaging, and a clear description. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next step.
Return shipping costs
Change-of-mind return shipping is generally paid by the customer. Reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be handled consistently with applicable consumer rights. Do not assume unauthorised postage will be reimbursed.
Inspection
Returned goods may be inspected for identity, seal integrity, condition and storage damage before approval. An inspection does not reduce any statutory consumer guarantee.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and confirmed by email. Financial-institution processing times vary. Original delivery fees are generally not refundable for an ordinary change of mind, but remedies required by consumer law remain available.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Where a direct exchange is unavailable, we may arrange a refund and ask the customer to place a new order.
Cancellations, bundles and promotions
A pre-dispatch cancellation may be possible if processing has not begun. After dispatch, the return rules apply. Partial returns from bundles or promotions may cause the retained items to be repriced at their ordinary promotional terms, where lawful and clearly disclosed.
